Make memories that will last a lifetime in this peaceful area of Jimmerson Lake. Plenty of space with three levels and outdoor sitting areas. The home includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to use during your stay. Not far from places to eat, the Four Corners, grocery stores and Pokagon State Park. Welcome to our home. We would like to describe our place as a three bedroom home suited for a family, or two small families to enjoy the lake life. We look forward to you finding comfort and relaxation during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: That this is our home that you are renting, it is not a shared space with us, and is yours to enjoy which includes spacious kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, deck with outdoor dining space, yard and swim area. The garage and contents are for owner use only. We also have designated locked owner cabinets. BATHROOM When you enter the residence from your own entrance, you will come into the kitchen and living room to the right. Your full private bathroom is located to the left off the kitchen. Along with the laundry room on main floor and two bedrooms, both with queen beds. KITCHEN The kitchen has been designed with style, comfort and entertainment in mind. Our spacious kitchen has plenty of space to prep and serve. Our stove top is an electric 4 burner with a double oven. The kitchen is equipped with many luxuries from a VitaMix blender, waffle maker, keurig machine, drip coffee maker and more! If there is something specific you are looking for just ask and we’ll let you know if it is provided. LIVING ROOM The living room has a large couch and a love seat. Plus a gas fireplace that adds warmth on chilly days and nights. Also a 65” TV w/ Netflix, Disney+ & Apple TV. Off the living room to the left you will find a small dining area with a table and 6 chairs. Our WIFI speeds range from 300Mbps to 500Mbps download speeds and are blazing fast for the whole family to stream their favorite shows or games. MASTER BEDROOM Your master sleeping quarters will be located on the second floor (up 1 flight of stairs, 14 steps in total). The upstairs sleeping area includes a open loft space and then a master bedroom with a king size bed with an attached full bathroom and a 65” TV. The loft space is large enough to accommodate a pack and play (provided upon request) or an air mattress (provided upon request). BASEMENT The basement has a full bathroom, a sofa, chair and a tv. There is also entry to the outside and a seating area. The sofa pulls out to a bed and linens can be provided per request. There are 14 steps from basement to main level. OUTSIDE Parking spaces are available at no cost to registered guests only in the driveway. Our spacious deck on the lakeside of the home has a gas grill and a black stone grill, a covered outdoor dining space for 6, and the yard has room for corn hole. There is also seating below from the basement entrance. One side of the dock is available for guests where you can park a boat, jet ski, etc. and the other side has a slightly sandy swim area. The middle dock space is reserved for owners boat and off limits. GUESTS We can easily accommodate additional guests, greater than 6, with the pull out sofa, air mattress, and pack n play if requested. There will be an additional fee for greater than 8 guests. TOILETRIES AND CLEANING PRODUCTS We do provide some products for your use during your stay. Please note that you may need to provide your own products dependent on your family needs and uses.

House was super clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stock with lots of utensils and pots and pans. Master shower was a 5 star hotel like experience! Lake was beautiful and all the scenery around it. Saw lots of wildlife in the neighbor during our stay. Overall Jaime’s house was a great experience and we would book again.
Jaime went the extra mile for us when we asked if we could check in early on labor day weekend, not only did she allow us to check in early, she made sure that all of the instructions were provide in a timely manner. The house was just as described and photographed. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with sharp knives, pots, pans, utensils, seasoning. The master bath shower was 5 star luxury experience. The house was very well furnished and we had a great time. Don’t hesitate to book with Jaime she will not disappoint.
Our group of three families enjoyed staying at your Lakefront Paradise home. The house is very open with lots of seating space. Amenities are great. The beds, linens and towels were comfy. We also appreciated nice quality toilet paper & tissues. The two reclining sofas in the living room was a great hangout spot for conversation, tv watching and family time. We also spent time at the dining table for meals, snacks & late night card games; the extra folding chairs came in handy. The game room in the basement was great as bonus space. We were grateful for the pack n play and kid dishes. We didn't cook much, but there was plenty of dishes, platters and glassware for us. We spent lots of time on the beautiful patio & deck along with the yard under the shade trees. The dock was great for swimming & we also enjoyed the kayaks. The house is just a short drive to restaurants nearby. Jaime was a great host and communicated well with lots of tips and info. Definitely recommend!
We enjoyed this beautiful lakehome! It is spotless with new, high-quality furnishings. The kitchen (and grills) are fit for a professional chef. Palatial Master Suite with gorgeous view of the lake. Jaime knows the owner of Lake James Tour Co. personally and we highly recommend his tour. Fortunately, he was already on the lake; He picked us up right from the home's private dock! Jaime is an outstanding host. Every aspect of our visit was planned flawlessly - her Guidebook to the house and area is the best we've ever seen. The spring-fed lake is exceptionally clean. During the week, we had the lake nearly to ourselves. Morning cruises usually included a stop at the private slips of Tom's Donuts. There are several places to launch boats; The one directly across from the house is free and less-crowded than those in commercial areas. There are very few short-term rental homes on this lake, so booking this hidden gem early is a must.

Quiet area located towards the end of a dead end road with little traffic. Single family cottages and lake homes on a pristine, crystal clear glacier lake with a sandbar, waterskiing/wakeboarding/tubing, jet skiing, & fishing with Pokagon State Park on the attached Lake James chain with excellent hiking, horseback riding, camping & a winter toboggan run.
We provide free parking spaces in our driveway with your stay. There is NO on street parking in the neighborhood. There is currently no Uber or taxi service in our town.
