Very quiet and relaxing place. Plenty of space for the group of guys we had for our bachelor party.

Basically as advertised, but clearly not meticulously maintained (i.e. several broken towel racks, a lot of creaking and groaning, burned-out lightbulbs, etc). Sheets and towels were not provided (you have to order at extra cost), though we brought our own and were fine.

Some pros : This house was a great location. The beach was only 10 minutes away. Pools 5 minutes driving distance but be prepared to pay for entry. Also, this house is near shopping centers and some restaurants which is great. There's also a lot of space for a big family. Toiletries and laundry detergent were available. Some cons: The house wasn't as clean as i would of expected. My family spent an hour and a half cleaning. I was surprised to see one of my toilets not clean at all because it was stains on the seat and a ring in the bowl. I didn't like that sheets and pillow cases had to be paid for. My family decided to bring our own sheets, blankets, pillows and pillow cases so plan to provide your own bedding along with wash clothes and towels. My least favorite part about this house is the mattress in the main suite was HORRIBLE. it was very hard no cushion what so ever. I might as well had slept on the floor. I woke up every morning with my whole body in pain. Smh.

Before i even got to the property i had to go through barrels to get the code. Did not like that i have to pay such a high cleaning service when i had to pay 180 for linens and bed sheets. Yeah first time and last time doing Airbnb that’s not a hotel. so I’m at the property and surprise they had linens already on the freaking beds and towels wow just wow. Could have saved a good amount of money but oh well. The master shower needs to be caulked again because it looked like mold along or something dark. Also the tvs sizes are listed correctly supposed to be 2 60 inches and 1 43inch walked in saw 1 60 inch and the rest 30 or maybe 32 inch tv either way glasses were needed. I guess they didn’t want to take advantage of the Walmart Black Friday sale. Overall the house is nice these are some nit picks that i have. The location was quiet and peaceful but when it rained you could hear it very loud like water was running in the house. Walls are thins even when i was upstairs heard everything.

First; let me say this home is exactly what is shown & listed. This home has EVERYTHING your family will need and so much more. The private home is in a quiet community with such a lovely property. The iTrip folks were very responsive and knowledgeable about the community and answered my crazy questions. We (traveled with 8) had plenty of room to function in the house, we were there to celebrate Thanksgiving as a family. The kitchen, pantry, laundry room, garage and bathrooms were all stocked with everything you’d need. I will be booking this home again for my family! I have already told my friends and family about it as well.
