We loved this apartment, had everything we needed and all within walking distance of Ybor and places of interest and nightlife. The free trolley to take you to downtown Tampa and the River walk is a short walk too, this is a great amenity to the City. James was very helpful and replied to any questions we had very quickly. Would highly recommend this Airbnb

James was a phenomenal host from start to finish! It was the perfect little getaway spot and so calming and serene. I loved sitting on the patio in the morning and enjoying local coffee shops. The space itself had everything i needed, plenty of closet room, accessible kitchen for essentials , beautiful linens , and bed was very comfortable. I also just loved James kindness and clarity in his communication. I knew if i had any questions he’d be able to help and was always accessible if i needed more things during my stay. I appreciate him hosting me and will be back if im ever in the area.

Great access to 7th Ave in Ybor. We walked to 7th and caught the trolly to Amalie. Easy peasy. We also walked back to the rental at 1 AM on a Friday night and saw nobody on way back. No issues/ street well lit if you take 10th. ONLY issue was some dusty items in rental, hole in wall from removed TP holder, Keurig coffee unit was a bit fussy, and there was a need for a little paint work here and there. I'd rent again. Very private and excellent unit.

loved this space! was perfect for one person or two, walkable / easy quick drive or streetcar to downtown. the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and James was great!
