This was a perfect spot for a stay close to downtown Tampa! Although the area isn’t the nicest, the place (including the large fenced backyard) was exactly what we needed. It was cute, clean, had great ceiling fans to stay cool and thick comforters to stay warm at night. The shower pressure was amazing too. Only wish there was more comfy seating in the living room (maybe another sofa instead of the 2 chairs) for our group to hang out. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Very clean and beautiful space! Just as pictured. Wonderful sized beds and rooms. The kitchen was a great size and so was the bathroom. Loved that there was parking in the back that was gated, there was also a great space to sit outside and play games. I was able to run to the river walk, which was super nice. The home is so close to some fun spots to get food and drinks. They provided great recommendations! I would definitely recommend this place :)

We very much enjoyed our stay while we were there. Our kids really enjoyed playing the games available.
