Free parking, easy self checkin, Bohemian style vibe, stocked kitchen, SMART TVs, Laundry Rm. Perfect for Vacation, Romantic Getaways, Family Visits, Concerts, Hockey/Football, & Work. Exquisitely decorated using the Boho style with all neutral colors and lots of live plants and natural light for a relaxing and fun atmosphere, and yet private,. The House is set on a urban residential neighborhood. You are provided all of the amenities that you would expect in Luxury accommodation. All new Memory Foam Mattresses and Fresh New Linen for a comfortable sleep. Master has a queen bed , 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed too, living room has a pull out SofaBed and a queen daytime bed, everything clean and sanitize! We have a rustic farm house kitchen fully stocked. Full size washer and dryer inside the house. Bathroom is furnished with plenty of fresh towels and Spa Amenities.

Perfect place to say if visiting the Tampa area. Fit a family of 4 comfortably with room to spare. Everything worked perfect. Beds are in the top 2 most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Patio area outside is perfect during day and night. House was extremely easy to find. Luis was extremely responsive and gave outstanding recommendations. We showed up to the area around 11 with check in time of 4 and he was able to work us into an early check in. If we are ever in the area, it’ll be at this location if it is available! Absolute 5 stars.

One of the best Air BnB’s I’ve stayed at. I felt right at home the moment I walked in the door. The home had lots of amenities and was beautifully decorated. The plants added a lively touch to the home. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Tampa.
Cute house with a nice rear seating area to chill and relax in - we felt right at home!! Great location just off the highway and supermarket less than 5 mins away. Would stay again if we’re ever in the tampa area. The hosts were really nice

You are only 5 minutes from Downtown as well, with the Riverwalk, Armature Works, and restaurants, bars, etc.
The area is perfectly safe. We have lived here for the past 1.5 years. It's a neighborhood in transition and many improvements are being made, but it is not a perfectly manicured gated community if that is what you are looking for.
There is a wonderful Greek Restaurant called Psomi within 3 blocks that just got a Michelin designation. There is the Villa Brothers park within 3 blocks where the city just spent $ 1.7 M in improvements and it has 2 dog parks, lighted Pickle Ball and Basketball courts, etc. there are tons of restaurants close by in SoHo, NoHo, Hyde Park Village, and Midtown.
