I enjoyed having a private place to wind down after a busy week of cruising. We did not feel like going out to eat, so we Uber'd food to the apartment. The options were ENDLESS! I also loved having a short (12 minute) drive to the airport when we woke up. Overall the stay was quiet and peaceful. & in comparison to the hotels in Tampa for the same price--this was MUCH NICER." -Chelsea "Nicely appointed one bedroom unit - clean, comfortable, and secure. Host was very communicative and pleasant. Apartment was clean, and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood, minutes from downtown and local hospitals.
The place was as pictured, clean and sparse. We were staying 4 nights and were left with 1 roll of toilet paper , no bar soap, no kitchen towel. Was not expecting a double bed, probably good for single over nighters . Floor in kitchen has large dent and floor panel was week, a problem for those of us in our 80s.....Venetia was notified by me and said she would pass this infor on so the next people staying will be ok.. If it were not for my grandaughter bringing soap, toilet paper and towels we could not have stayed...as it was we left one day early....The check in time was 4p.m. and check out time was 10a.m. Do not think that equates to 4 days we paid for. I asked Venetia for some recompense and never heard back. Overnighters would be ok with this place.
Our stay at Venetia's was exactly as planned; the location and space were as described. Venetia made our experience easy with great communication along the way, easy booking, and easy check-in / check-out.
Everything you see in the photos is what you get, highly recommend. Area is very quiet and peaceful. Overall would rate it a 4.5 out of 5. Only downside that I noticed is the hot water in the shower would occasionally turn cold, but other then that the place is spotless and worth the price point.
Used this a homebase for a business trip. Clean condo with good parking. Washer and dryer in unit.

You can be a spur of the moment! Grab your gear and step outside into neighborhoods with cobblestone streets, and big beautiful bungalow homes. Make your way to the Bay on Bayshore Blvd, or shop and dine in Hyde Park Village or Howard Ave. Enjoy a concert or sporting event at Amalie Arena. Explore Davis Island because there is always tomorrow where you can engage in business in Downtown Tampa or the Westshore District, but today is your day.
