Welcome to our 1925 renovated bungalow in North Ybor. This stay allows you and your friends or family to be minutes from Historic 7th Ave, Armature Works, Water Street and Tampa International Airport. Whether you are looking to relax or be a digital nomad in “Champa Bay”, we have all of the amenities to make you feel comfortable for the entirety of your stay. Each room was thoughtfully decorated with Tampa inspired decor from Gasparilla, to cigars and of course the beach. As you walk into our shotgun bungalow, you will be greeted with an open concept living and dining space followed by an updated and bright kitchen. In the living room you can stream shows and movies on the Smart TV from the sofa that converts to a queen sized bed. The front room features a queen sized bed with a Gasparilla theme. The middle bedroom features a twin trundle bed and dedicated office space with a Cigar City theme. The guest bathroom is sandwiched between these rooms, features a shower/tub combo and has bright lighting. The primary suite is towards the back of the house with a king sized bed, walk in closet and coastal serene theme. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and standing shower with great water pressure. Off the back of the house you will see our hand painted mural that shares a space with the washer and dryer. Through the back door you can access the private driveway and backyard.
