This place is perfect, we enjoyed staying in it. Hosts (Lauren and Carissa) were very prompt to answer any of our questions. This place is near to airport and other facilities.

The house was indeed beautiful with many, many amenities. Good parking and a quiet area not to far from many things to do and shopping. No need to worry about the other tenant as they do not interfere at all (I never saw them for 9 nights). If you are staying in Tampa and have a large family and wish to cook, this location is highly recommended. Also the host is super responsive and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant stay from start to finish! Lovely hosts, really responsive to all of our questions both before and during our stay, flexible when we needed to check out later and very helpful when we had a couple of questions. We were in Tampa for a week and the house itself is lovely, exactly what we were expecting and we felt comfortable straight away — it's in a nice, walkable area, close to convenience stores and very close to the airport, which was a big plus. Getting out and about into downtown Tampa was convenient, too. The kitchen was very well stocked (the "open fridge" policy is a great idea) and the bathrooms were spotless and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The extra blankets in the bedrooms and living room were a nice touch, too! Couldn't fault it whatsoever — we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again, no problem.
