This is a corner lot (you only have 1 neighbor to the right) and it is fully fenced for privacy. We happily accept furry friends! We charge a small pet fee for their stay. Please be sure to account for them in the reservation as you would an extra person in your party. We like to provide treats and additional amenities for them. We provide high speed Wifi for your stay (please refer to the house rules on the bookshelf for the wifi info). The main bedroom has a queen size bed and workspace. The guest bedroom has 2 XL twins (luggage can fit comfortably under these) The living room has a futon that turns into a bed for additional guests. I would say the futon is suitable for 2 children or 1 adult comfortably. We provide all of the essentials for your stay such as towels, TP, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, coffee, etc. The kitchen has all of the essentials for cooking a meal. Unfortunately, we do not have a washer/dryer available at this time, but there are plenty of laundromats in the area. Ask me for recommendations. Boardgames are also provided in the tv cabinet for your entertainment. Feel free to log into your favorite entertainment channels on the smart tv.
