Welcome to the tiny home! We're located in the woods nestled behind the lot surrounded by mature plants and trees. Enjoy your peaceful retreat with the comforts of home, including your own private bathroom & kitchenette. The cozy twin bed and sofa bed provide a comfortable & restful night's sleep. The convertible coffee table & expandable dining table create a flexible space for dining & working. If you want privacy and comfort rolled into one, you'll definitely love our tiny home. This Tiny Home is located in the corner part of the lot. You can get to the cottage from the driveway through the wooden doors on your right. You'll find the tiny home directly at the end of the steps. Upon entering the cottage, you'll be greeted by the quaint kitchenette where you'll find your compact fridge, microwave, multi-use cooking appliance (coffee maker, grill/cooktop, oven toaster, electric water kettle) and sink. On the same side is where the door to the bathroom with tub/shower combination. On your right, you'll see your desk/dining room area with an able. There's a comfortable twin bed and convertible sofa for your good night's sleep. The coffee table is height adjustable and has storage underneath.

Nice place, cute, clean, modern, peaceful. Location perfect for my event less than 2 miles away. Outside grounds didn't matter much. My stay was in Winter with temps that went into teens. I cannot recommend a Winter stay, heat was not adequate, always cold, floors cold, uncomfortable for relaxing. Also, there was no warning that plugging 2 things in would blow breakers (no heat/cook same time! etc) My stay was 5days, 1/2 roll toilet paper to start, had to ask for more when I couldn't find, 2 left at door. No shoveling or plowing after few inches of snow fell 2 times.
From the reservation, through the stay, including check-out, Celeste's directions and communication was thorough and helpful. An earlier review mentioned the sofa bed could have been more comfortable. For my stay, there was a single bed with separate sofa, both of which were quite comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.
This place is charming and private in a nice location very convenient to Mount Holyoke College, Amherst College and to the entire Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. I had a family emergency interrupt my stay, so I had to leave early. Celeste was very responsive and helpful, including when I got lost trying to find the address quite late at night. As I mentioned to Celeste, I found the fold-out couch to be rather uncomfortable and recommended that she upgrade to a thicker mattress. If she were to do that, I’d definitely have given the stay 5 stars rather than 4. Everything else about the tiny house was as advertised.
Cozy tiny home in a great town. Tiny home has all the basics you would need to stay comfortably for a few days.
Celeste was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We had difficulty figuring out how the coffee pot worked (most likely because we were unfamiliar with the product). Celeste had an easier to use coffee pot delivered by 5:30 am the next day. The tiny house was located very close to South Hadley center. We enjoyed having dinner at either Jonny's or the Yard Tavern. It's truly a beautiful setting with lush green hills and meadows surrounding it. We are planning to return to the Tiny House in October.
