This is a very beautiful Airbnb, I love the limestone walls all the color in the decor. The tile floors were so gorgeous. The dipping pool is very much needed with the heat of Merida and I used it every day and most nights. You really have everything you need dishes in the kitchen, beautifully appointed, and the host couldn't have been more responsive or kind. In fact, one day even brought over a loaf of bread, so kind -one bizarre thing happened though, one of my guests hopped on one foot on the floor in their bathroom (getting out of the shower they were startled by bug & they hopped to avoid it, yes, there are bugs in Mexico, but we only saw three in eight days so not a big issue at all) he must've hit a certain spot in the floor, I'll never understand how it happened, but the sink shattered (it was a decorative sink like a shell) which also hit the spout and caused the whole thing to shatter. Never touched it! Over $600 to replace! Frustrating! Great air bnb though! Really lovely

We booked Mario’s place for a couple of night’s stay in Merida and it was absolutely perfect. The location is very central with great access to the city centre. The grounds are stunning with lots of greenery and plenty of outside space. We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t recommend it enough. We also had our flight moved to the day after and both Mario and Salvador were extremely accommodating in making the changes. Great hosts and a great home.

This was our first visit to Merida and we cannot wait to return! Mario and his co-host, Salvador, were always responsive with answers to our questions. Checking in and out was super easy and flexible. Home is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Pool was the perfect cool down from 100+ days. The garden is well maintained and home is very clean. We chose not to rent a car and either walked or took Uber to dine out. Not having a car allowed us to learn from the locals and immerse ourselves in the city. Day trips with our private guide, referred by the co-hosts, were priceless. The cantina across the street offered fun ambience on an otherwise quiet block and closed consistently at 10p each night. The neighborhood is very safe and well lit. Overall no issues with the home. We highly recommend!

We loved this rental. The location is close to two of the squares that had evening music. We enjoyed the decor and the pool and loved on site laundry. We were getting early starts most days and parked on the street right in front and never had an issue. We had several questions for the host during our stay and he was always super quick in getting back to us.

This is one of the most beautiful houses we have ever stayed in. It is in the center of town, making things very walkable. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back!
