The place is walking distance from the downtown area (10-15 mins). There are restaurants closeby as well. Escano beach is also around 10 mins away by foot from the location. Location-wise it is very convenient. The house needs a lot of work. Its almost barebones. Its not built enough for its price, its almost like staying in an abandoned home. The ac unit is too old, hence the room doesn't get cooled adequately. The water in the bathroom with the bunkbeds is dirty and has a foul odor that enters the room if used to take a bath. I will say the host communicated properly during reservation and check-in. Overall, the place needs a lot of work before accepting more guests, but the location is very advantageous.
