The place was clean and was fairly near to the center of the city and establishments, although the owner was not as hands on as my other experiences. The problem I have encountered is that the wifi did not work as I expected, and there is a problem with reception so it would really affect you if you’re working remotely.

We stayed for two nights at AJ's unit. Overall, the place was very good considering location, environment, and cleanliness. The only thing that needs improvement is the internet connection. AJ is very kind in assisting and accommodating us and our requests the whole duration of our stay.

The place is nice. It was clean. But we arrive to dumaguete and needed wifi to arrange things and it never worked.Then we woke up and there was no electricity and no one came to check on us. But anyways, just for sleep one night is okay
