Staying at Kuya Ruben's Airbnb was an absolute delight, largely thanks to the incredibly accommodating host. From the moment we booked, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. He was quick to respond to any inquiries and provided wonderful service fetching us from places and driving us around. Throughout our stay, he was readily available to assist with any questions or concerns we had, making us feel truly at home. Overall, our experience with this Airbnb host and the whole stay were exceptional, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again in the future. Thank you, Kuya Ruben!

Ruben is a very accommodating host. He picked us up from the airport, helped us get food and brought us to the apartment. He even took us to the port the next day! The accommodation was quite far away from everything but we didn’t mind that because we only stayed for a night.

The Host if Very responsive with my Questions Before and During our stay. The place is secured although the place is not yet complete fully constructed. definitely will book again for our stay on our next visit in Dumaguete.❤️

Ruben was a very accommodating host! He even offered to fetch my parents from and to the airport. He is very responsive. For the house, it is what is described in the photo. Just a few tweaks to make the service better,try to improve the lights in the bedroom since my parents only used the lamp because there is no room light. But overall, Ruben’s place is recommendable! 💯

The place is great. Currently, most of the neighboring units are still unoccupied/under-renovation. Peaceful and quiet. Unit is exactly like in the photos posted. Ruben is very responsive as well.
