this is honestly the closest to home on a vacation. i loved how accessible the location is! the host is very responsive doesn't even take hours to reply. since the location is in the heart of duma, expect the inevitable noise from the vehicles outside but nevertheless, we slept each night soundly :) would recommend, totally worth the price!

Had a lovely stay at Tati’s place. The room was spotless and I had the supplies (some toiletries, coffee, water) I needed. It was like staying in a hotel but for a reasonable cost. It’s also near to 7/11 so it’s convenient for anyone staying in her place.

The property was about a 10-minute walk from the boulevard. It has access to everything - food, laundry, transport, etc. Room was cozy and clean. Teresa was responsive was always willing to help. Will definitely consider booking again if we come back in Dumaguete.

Host is very responsive and kind. Location is noisy because it is along the road but host provided earmuffs for usage.
