I was really thankful to Ms. Teresa as we had a very early check in (2am) and She made the room ready before that. Daghang salamat po 🙏 The host itself is literally hands on to her guests. She made sure that everything is fine during our stay and Ms. Teresa helped me a lot with the specific things that I had requested, and delivered so fast. The room and bathroom was super clean and smells fresh. The unit is well maintained by the host. I love the bed, it was so soft and comfy! This place is also near to resto, grocery stores and other shops like salon and massage. Easy to find and the place is secured. It is accessible to everything. If you are noise sensitive and you have sleeping problem, there is an earplug prepared by the host as the place is exactly located in the street side so expected that noise vehicles and busy street. Overall, our stay was pleasant with smoth check in and transaction. I would recommend Tati’s place if you wish to visit Dumaguete City.

Overall, it was a great stay at Teresa’s. She greeted me with a warm smile upon check-in and was very friendly and proactive with my requests. The place was exactly as described in the listing. It’s located on a busy street, so vehicles can be noisy early in the morning and throughout the day. However, since I was rarely in my room during the day, the noise was acceptable at night. Nevertheless, Teresa provided earplugs if the noise was bothersome. Personally, I still had a good rest because the mattress was very comfortable, and the covers and linens were clean. It felt like I was in a hotel since toiletries (shampoo, body soap, hand soap) and some instant coffee were provided by Teresa, with drinking water also available. Although running water was a bit difficult, it was manageable. The place is very safe and not far from downtown (just about a kilometer to Rizal Blvd). Thank you, Teresa, for making me love Dumaguete more because of your hospitality!

Maam Teresa is a very kind host. She was quick to respond and act whenever there’s a problem inside the place. The place was clean, ideal and very convenient especially for us working from home. Would stay here the next time I visit Dumaguete 😊

The place was good for us. We really just needed a place to stay that wasn't too far from the city. it was also cozy. The place is right beside a busy street so you would hear a lot of vehicles during the day. but at night it wasn't noisy, we also appreciate the earplugs they have hehe.
