Overall a very good stay in a nice fresh condo in a somewhat dated complex. It’s a very quick walk down to Coco beach but a bit of a hike to the main commercial street on a somewhat busy avenue with no sidewalks, but manageable. There are closer restaurants off the main strip that are nice. Bed comfort was good however pillow quality wasn’t great. There are stairs to navigate often both outside and inside the condo to be aware of. The kitchen was very well stocked and the Weill in the patio worked well. The ocean view is nice however is partially obstructed by the neighbours patio below which is very close and they were using it quite often so not the most private spot for your morning coffee or happy hour beverage. The sunset was unfortunately also obstructed by surrounding condos but still a nice place to be. Host communication was good, and overall we’d recommend the condo.

Laura was amazing! Super helpful, got us into the place easily, described everything well and gave us an awesome recommendation for a sunset on the beach at a fun restaurant. Would love to stay there again!!! Also, SUPER comfy beds and wonderfully clean:)
