This was our perfect base-camp for our stay in PEI to catch the total solar eclipse. Our hosts had left us eclipse glasses on the kitchen table, which was such a sweet gesture! The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the sitting area to watch movies at night was very comfortable. The place was very clean and cozy, with candies place on the fresh towels. Such thoughtful touches! Each bedroom can also control its own heat, which made the always-cold friend on the trip very, very happy. Conveniently situated close to the Confederation Bridge, it was only 45 minutes to go explore Charlottetown, and an easy, beautiful drive up to the North Cape lighthouse (northern- most western tip of the island, 1h45 drive), where we took in the eclipse. You can also do a short walk down the road and reach a very quiet beach with a gorgeous view of the bridge. Great value for high comfort and a convenient location!

Lovely and well appointed little house just minutes from Borden-Carleton. Greg and Laurie were extremely responsive and helpful. The home served as the perfect base for our Christmas holiday visiting family close by. I’d love to return in the summer to experience the beautiful sunroom. Many thanks for your hospitality Laurie and Greg!

Beautiful quiet surroundings close enough to walk to the beautiful red sand beach. Clean and had many little extras that made us feel at home. Only wish we had more time and better weather for more exploring! May have to come back!
