Super hosts and a beautiful place! My first experience with Airbnb and this experience has set the bar quite high. Sam and Eva are very responsive hosts, communicative and attentive to their guest. I was displaced by a flood and needed a longer stay and they made arrangements to accommodate for the longer stay, which required quite a bit of back and forth and flexibility on their part. My expectations were exceeded by the additional touches made to welcome me and make me feel at home during this stressful time. The place is immaculate, well kept and well maintained. There are no signs of wear and tear as would be expected with an Airbnb listing. Quite the opposite as this place shows that the owners take good care of it. The area is a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. Overall a very positive experience and I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Very responsive and attentive hosts. Checking in to ensure I had what I needed. Timely responses, very clean space and well kept house. The place matched the description and I was pleasantly surprised at how peaceful the area is. The place was spotless and the furniture comfortable and in great order. These hosts are not new to this business and it shows! Next level hosts. Would recommend.

very clean comfortable "home away from home" that Sam and Eva made even better with thoughtful food items that let us skip the grocery store on our first night in. Easy space to settle into, easy communication with host.

It was a pleasure to stay at Eva and Sam’s. The house was exactly as described. The neighbourhood was quiet and the neighbours were friendly. Our queries were answered immediately and suggestions for dining and shopping were appreciated. We were especially grateful for the provisions that greeted us on our arrival. We would definitely recommend Eva and Sam’s home to anyone visiting the Ottawa area.

Incredibly well stocked kitchen. Very thoughtful to have everything you might need after a day traveling. Spotless, uncluttered roomy house with everything you need.
