We had a wonderful two week stay at the villa as a family of 4. The pool was brilliant for our children (5 and 2), as the raised section was perfect to safely play on and our 5 year old was able to touch the bottom in over half of the pool. The villa and outdoor area are beautiful and true to the description and photos. We had stayed close by previously so we’re aware of the distance to the local area and hired a car, and found the villas location great for exploring playa Blanca. We would love to return for a future trip!
A fantastic, clean villa with very responsive hosts. The welcome package was delicious and very well received after a late night arrival. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool!!! We will be rebooking!

Fantastic Stay at Sunrise 1 Villa! My family and I spent a week at this amazing villa and we were thoroughly impressed. The space is ample and cleanliness is top-notch. The area is peaceful, providing a quiet and safe environment. Carl and Manuel is incredibly polite, quick to respond to messages and very helpful. A special thanks for arranging a cleaner during our week-long stay. Additionally, they provided us with snacks and fruit to help us get through a day or two until we did our shopping. Moreover they thoughtfully supplied children's activity books and crayons which meant a lot to us. Highly recommended!
We had a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and return if I visit Lanzarote again. A taxi to Playa Blanca centre and The Rubicon Marina cost no more than 4-5 Euros. This was perfect for us and we went out every night for food and drinks after relaxing all day at the Villa. The property is exactly as described and communication with the hosts was first class and nothing was too much trouble. There was lots of food and drink when we arrived which was great, especially as we hadn’t had time to shop. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch. We did struggle with the key and opening the front door on several occasions but that’s an easy fix.
