Brandon was an amazing host. His home felt like a 'Home away from Home'. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again. It was extremely comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The beds were 10/10 & slept very well.

Brandon Villa was really relaxing and just like the advertisement. It was very quiet, clean and spacious aswell as a short drive to shops, restaurants and outlet stores. Would highly recommend this villa and Brandon as he’s very responsive if you need to get hold of him. Will be booking again for next year

We first visited this property last year, to check it out because we were looking for a spot to snowbird. Obviously, we liked it. Brandon is an exceptional host. He was extremely responsive in our communications and very accommodating. The house was clean and is portrayed accurately. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need, and then some, including a blender. We were teleworking, so outside of a few days when our adult children visited, the two bedrooms were utilized as working space. I found the bed in the master to be comfortable. The internet connection was strong, and we had no problems working. We didn't use it a lot (January and February weren't the warmest), but the pool is a nice bonus. The neighborhood is quiet and good for morning or evening walks around the parks and ponds. While there is a convenience store and a dollar general nearby, it is a bit of a drive to a grocery store or restaurant. Overall, I would recommend this spot.
