Kim's house is beautiful and clean. Great last minute plans came together with her help! We picked her stay because of the location and the golf cart. All was as expected except the grill lp tank being out of gas and the golf cart battery not being sufficient. First night in we used the golf cart. We (4) took it down to the waterfront golf cart parking lot. taking it back up the hill it quickly died, and my elderly father had to ride it back up solo. We charged the battery overnight, and rode it the next morning to the same area and within 10 minutes it went to 11% again; same situation. I had to push the cart up the steep hill. Kim was great to respond and answer within the hour. We will look to coming to this location/house again. If your looking to get out and have great family time. This is your place.

Absolutely loved it. Super clean, lots of space! We stayed in Tullahoma and drove to The Caverns in Pelham for a three-night concert. We drove back and forth each day/night and it was an easy 40 minute drive. We loved the outdoor fire area. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking meals. We would love to come back in the summer to take full advantage of the lake. Kim has been so great and very responsive. 5 star visit, we will come back!

Kim’s place was awesome. We brought our two daughters and three grandchildren, and we had a blast. It is set an a beautiful setting with a forest behind. There are walking trails and a cart path down to the marina. We found lots of things to keep us busy in the surrounding communities. Try it out. You will love this place.
