We rented this beautiful property for a family get together. Derrick was a fantastic host, great hospitality and very responsive. We all had a great time. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again if we have a chance. Thank you!

Stay here! My group and I stayed for two nights and didn’t want to leave. There are 5 bedrooms on multiple floors (with different views). The amenities are just like what is listed. We used the hot tub, paddle boards, and kayaks. The linens, rooms, and furniture were all clean and in great condition. We watched movies on the projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, a blender, plenty of utensils, and enough plates/mugs/bowls for 15+ people. The best part is the view from all the decks. You see directly out onto the water and can enjoy beautiful sunsets. Next time we’ll have to rent the boat!

Absolutely stunning setting. Super comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Wonderful communicative hosts! Will absolutely stay again. We go to Tim’s Ford multiple times a year and this will definitely be our go-to rental from now on! A++++!!!! :)
