We spent several days relaxing at this spacious, lakefront house. Had wonderful family time sitting on the dock, playing ping pong and hiking at nearby Tim’s Ford State Park. A great place to come & spend mornings waking up on the screened in porch. Thank you, Jeff!

The host was excellent. Very clear instructions. Our trip was for a family reunion. 10 of us were very comfortable. Sleeping arrangements provided lots of privacy for a big group. Layout of the house is perfect to get together and socialize, play games, hang out. Bedding was very comfortable. Plenty of pillows, blankets, etc. Our family likes a cool house and the air conditioner worked great. The layout of the house is great. Plenty of separate space if you need time to get away from the bigger group for some quiet time. The screened in porch was a big plus for us as well. Very relaxing porch swing as well which is as a nice place for morning coffee looking out onto the lake. We rented a pontoon one day and spent the day on Tim’s Ford Lake where we went “tubing”. Then had dinner at the Dock which was a great restaurant/bar with very good live music. Not a far drive back to the house. Highly recommended.

Tim's Ford is beautiful and the house was really comfortable. The kids room was so cute! It was perfect for the group we had staying there.
