We visited New York as part of our study trip with a class from the Faroe Islands, our group of 13 rented the entire house. This place met all expectations, a beautiful spacious and clean house. The details put into the accommodations were amazing - from the snacks, coffee machine, steamer, robes, heated toilets, garbage bags, washer and dryer! We had no issues with any noise from neighbors, but the industrial area next to the house is rather busy/noisy in the morning hours. The neighborhood is rather sketchy, especially McClellan St and Newark Ave during the evening hours. Traveling between Newark/New York is easy, the North Elizabeth train station was convenient and got us to NY Penn station. All guests were satisfied and fully enjoyed the stay!

Andre’s property is amazing, the beds are sooo comfortable, the home was spotless! Everything was just like the pictures and the description. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend his property to family and friends! Also Andre was a phenomenal host and speedy with responding.10/10 for sure!

My California family went for a reunion with family in New Jersey/New York. We rented the whole house. No problem with noisy neighbors. Our relatives were concerned about us staying in Newark but when they saw the place, all of them were impressed of the place and location. Don’t know why people from New Jersey are afraid of Newark. I am not able to park my rental 12 passenger van in the long 2- car garage because of the van height. We had great time, driving back and forth to New York and felt safe back to Andre’s Oasis to rest and relax. No one complained of getting bitten by bed bugs. All clean. We took care of this place like our own home. Everyone took their part in cleaning. Cleaning lady came in 10 minutes early. I was asking if we can stay longer bec. our flight is not till 4pm but we have to leave at 10 am as agreed due to another guests coming that afternoon. To all future renters, please take care of this place so more people will experience a great resting place. Thanks.

andre was so helpful and very responsive on every need or question we had. he has a beautiful home that we were in awe of and with 9 people, it still felt like so much space and comfort.

Everything about this listing is true and some! There was 13 of us visiting the New York area; and by far, the accommodations presented were the BEST we have ever experienced! This Oasis was truly a home away from home! The details put into the accommodations have been unmatched by other Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! From the shampoo , snacks, coffee stirs, steamer, Robes, heated toilets, garbage bags, washer n dryer and detergent! Not to mention, 5 minutes from the Newark airport! Priceless! We stayed here to take on New York, but we were so excited to return to the comfort of our “home” at the Oasis! We were there for a good time not a long time., and Andre’s Oasis gave us the best time! Superb! We wanna meet you! Hopeful our next Airbnb experience will be as EPIC as this one! Can’t wait to return to my new spot when traveling to the NYC! Best to you super host!
