My family enjoyed our stay here. The house is exactly as pictured. We walked to the beach each day which is maybe a 5 minute, easy walk with kids! We felt safe walking around the neighborhoods even in the evenings. There are tons of great places to eat just a minute or 2 walk from the house.

Lee met us at the property and helped me park our van in the little garage. Such a cute place! Very charming! Lee was very friendly and helpful and had good suggestions. The location is incredible - beautiful neighborhood close to restaurants and shops. We ate yummy sushi and had a delicious mocha. We brought our little dog - great place for walking pets. We were going to go to the nearby pet-friendly beach but Lee warned us of the flea problem there, so we held off. Comfy beds, we slept well. Highly recommend!

Nadia greeted us at the house and was about as sweet and welcoming as a person can be. She was concise and walked us through the house, being very considerate of our time. The linens and beds are very comfortable, luxury sheets and blankets. Very nice kitchen, safe neighborhood. Lee is super nice as well, having met home just before leaving. I'd rent from them again!

This was a sad 4th stop on 9 day rdtrip that I took with family. I should have read the check-in more carefully bc I was surprised when host insisted on meeting at the house before giving us access. We had driven 4+ hours to LB thru LA traffic and didn’t see the point in meeting so that they could show us 1200 sq ft 3/2. Host said she’s had issue with previous tenants trashing the place. That’s when it clicked. Oh this is an Inspection to see if she’s actually going to rent to us. That should have been my first hint. But, we were all tired and eager to get to bed. After pulling down the sheets in the master bedroom, I found hair in the bed. Not 1 or 2, wads. I have pictures and text msg between her and us. She also mentioned this is why she inspects her renters beforehand? For hair? I’m blonde all my family is blonde. The hair was blk. I wanted to leave but my hubs and kids were too tired. We had to pull sheets from the garage. Bizarre! I’ve never left a bad review. Stay away!

Well worth the price. Communications exceeded our expectations. Location great for walking to restaurants, shops and beaches.
