Holiday fun for all ages & the dog! A 10 minute walk to the beach where you can relax, paddle in the estuary, play in the rock pools, swim in the sea and make sand castles. Fancy an indoor pool, pottery classes and climbing walls for the kids, it’s a 5 minute walk to the newly refurbished park facilities. The clubhouse provides all night entertainment, arcades, bowling or if you want a quiet family night in, we have lots of board games! Play park for young children right opposite the caravan. The main bedroom has a king size bed, lots of wardrobe space and an en-suite. The single bedroom has 2 single beds, and plenty of room for 2 kids or teens. The living room is open plan and very spacious with a lovely homely feel. You can cook, eat at the dinning table and all be on the sofa watching Tv altogether being able to see each other. The caravan is situated right opposite the kids play park in an open space and not jam packed against other caravans. Plenty of space to play outside and parking space both sides of the caravan.

We had a great stay at Rachael’s static caravan, it was huge and really well furnished! She was really helpful with her instructional videos for changing the gas & putting the heating on. The site itself is great! Quiet in the weeks and not even that busy on weekend & school holidays Would recommend to anyone! Would love to stay again :) Thank you!!!
The place was amazing, clean rooms, toilets were also clean. All the less it had an amazing places to visit and best of all we had a great time!
Perfect location to visit Harwich (old town within 45 min walk) and surroundings. Close to the seafront and beach (ca. 150m) and a bar and arcade on the parkside. We really enjoyed the caravan as our homebase during the Harwich Shanty Festival. The caravan has anything you would expect in an English holiday park. In October the park was still busy with people but after 23:00 hrs it's quite. Across the caravan is a nice playground for children. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent the caravan from Rachael when we come back to Harwich Shanty Festival next year.
We had an amazing time here , The host Rachael was very helpful with all the useful details and places to visit. Our son enjoyed the caravan stay and the beach . Overall it was a good relaxing weekend in an amazing place . Many thanks and we hope co come again in future.
Rachael’s place was amazing! I stayed here with my partner and our little girl, there was everything we needed and so much more! The caravan was spotless when we arrived, it’s really well looked after. Rachael responded to any messages I sent almost straight away, communication was brilliant. The holiday park was great too, there was a park outside our caravan that our little girl had so much fun on! Rachael drew a little map of how to get to the beach which was a lovely touch. The beach with rock pools to catch crabs is only about 10 mins walk from the caravan, sandy beach is about 30 mins walk. Both were lovely. I would highly recommend Rachael’s place and we will definitely be back! Thanks Rachael! :)

Situated just outside the historic town of old Harwich, 5 minute drive to Dovercourt’s blue flag award winning beach. 30 minutes from the oldest recorded town of Colchester, complete with castle and excellent shopping. 5 minute drive to Tesco express, local takeaways and you can have supermarket deliveries on site.
All park holiday amenities are within 5 minutes walking distance or less, and parking is free and available right next to the caravan on both sides. Room for extra cars and family to visit. Harwich train station is a short taxi ride away.
