Our large family was very comfortable with ample space while we stayed at Ava’s. We would absolutely come back. So many secret bonuses near the house. Thank you for having us!!

The house faces the North Rustico Harbour. View is wonderful. There is a walking path directly across from the property. It’s an easy walk to several local shops including an ice cream store, surf shop, decor, books/cafe. There is a great park for kids to play. We saw a rather rare event at the fishing dock with a boat returning with a 466 pound blue fin tuna! Quite a sight!

Great location near in North Rustico with easy access to PEI National Park and beaches. House is in great shape and has all the necessities, and was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The house could easily sleep more, although the living room and kitchen area would be a bit tight with that many. Host was responsive and the house was exactly what we expected.

Great cottage - lots of space, wonderful views of the ocean with a local boardwalk and nearby beach for sea glass hunting. Eva was super responsive to our messages and very helpful for anything we needed.

We stayed a night at Eva’s place. The location was great and easy-to-find. Eva was also flexible regarding the check-in time. We’ll really recommend the cottage!
