Carrie was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. The place was brand new, very clean and well appointed. The house is in a quiet residential street a few blocks away from the water, very relaxing vibe.

Très belle location, de grande qualité . Propre et de haut standing, quelques éléments à rajouter ( tire-bouchon , sèche-cheveux…) Communication impeccable avec notre hôte , Carrie . Je recommande les yeux fermés , nous reviendrons très certainement.

Had a great stay in this new home in a wonderful neighbourhood. We loved that Rustico is so close to Cavendish but a quieter pace. The waterfront boardwalk and Rustico beach being so close is great as well. A wonderful way to start or end the day. The most amazing bakery just down the road was a carb lovers dream! Carrie was a very responsive host and lovely to talk to. We look forward to returning.

The house and location are great but just not ready for rental. Carrie was a fantastic host - very friendly and responsive. But, there was no dining table (this would have been a deal breaker for me if I had known). Carrie did bring by another 2 bar stools (we are a family of 5 and there were only 3). There were many things missing that should have been there for a rental, especially in such a remote area (e.g., sugar, tea, basic spices other than salt and pepper, a kettle, garbage bins in both bathrooms, a window blind in the bathroom - which faces the neighbours house, Saran Wrap, etc.). This house has amazing potential with some simple changes and would totally be worth the money - just not at the time we rented. Speaking from someone who has rented a property many times and was a rental owner as well.
