Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at casa Santiago, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, Javier made us feel incredibly welcome. He was very responsive to my messages and provided clear instructions for check-in, which was a breeze. The maid service was exceptional. Also, Wilmer the security guy was like a brother to us. He was so cooperative and helpful to all our needs. Overall, we had an exceptional stay at Lura's/Javier's place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena. Thank you, Javier, for your hospitality and for making our trip so enjoyable. We hope to return soon!

My stay here was amazing! Javier was awesome with assisting my guests and I with transportation to and from the airport. Javier provided me with a great tour guide agency. The staff at the home were friendly. Wilmer went above and beyond his security duties. He's an amazing person. The house keeper was sweet and quiet. Overall stay a 10 out 10! I will definitely stay here again when visiting! Look no further, book this Airbnb ASAP! You will not be disappointed!

Casa Santiago was absolutely perfect for our needs. We were a big group: 5 adults and 5 kids. There were plenty of sleeping spaces for everyone, and all of the rooms had private bathrooms. The kids LOVED the pool; a relaxing retreat after a hot day touring the city. Javier our manager during our stay was very responsive and helpful, with tons of restaurant recommendations! Mariluz, the housekeeper, was the best part of all! She was super kind and helpful, kept the house spotless, and helped us make breakfast every morning with ingredients we could buy easily at a 24 hour grocery store a block away. The location is perfect: just a 15 minute walk from the old city, and convenient grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommended! If we are ever back in Cartagena, we will book Casa Santiago!

This location went above and beyond expectations! This place felts like home and we felt extremely safe. The clean staff was amazing, and even washed our laundry during the stay. The Security Team stayed overnight and even escorted us out into the city at night upon request. If you purchase groceries, the staff will cook breakfast and the food was amazing! Maria made some of the best pancakes I had in a long time! I plan to stay at this location each time I visit Cartagena!
