We had a great stay at Mark’s place. Randy, the host, and his wife were very attentive to our needs. They went shopping for us and made breakfast which was super convenient (there is a small delivery charge for the groceries.) We had a few maintenance issues which Randy did his best to remedy promptly. The home is in a residential neighborhood within walking distance to several stores, supermarkets, a bank (atm) and restaurants. We felt safe walking to these places, but tried to avoid doing so at night just to be extra safe. The masters bedroom is HUGE and actually has two beds in it just like the pictures show. The house does have electrical fencing around the back to keep people from coming onto the property, which was a bit surprising at first but everything went fine. The security guard comes from 7pm-5am and rotates from sitting just inside the door making rounds outside. Very nice guy. All around decent stay.

The place is super close to the beach and all the restaurants, house looks great inside. You can have guests over without a problem, and it made the stay very easy and enjoyable would definitely book here again. The staff is very friendly and get you anything you need at all times.
