Convenient for our brief stay in Waikiki.

You get what you pay for. It’s in a busy and central location. They warn you that it is a noisy area so if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend. Niko was responsive whenever I contacted them. The bed size is closer to full size. The pull out couch bed is more of a queen size. Both are a little rough on the back. As the description says, this is an older building. It has that old wood and paint smell.

Perfect location in the heart of Waikiki!! Loved all the amenities and the beach items available for us to use. So nice not having to rent, buy, or pack any of that stuff especially with Littles. Had a couple minor things we needed help with, abd our host was super responsive and quick to help! We'll definitely look to stay there again our next trip out there!

We booked 4 units for a family trip of 14 people. Overall, our stay was good, but there are a few things to mention. The street noise at night is very loud! We heard people yelling, honking, motorcycle burnouts, you name it! We felt very safe walking around at night. There are 2 restaurants at the entrance which makes it convenient for a quick bite or a drink. There are plenty of places within walking distance to eat and shop. The beach is literally an 8 minute walk. It was a very convenient location for all the things we wanted to do. Views were great! The rooms are very dated and need maintenance. One of our units smelled like mildew in the bathroom. The AC is ok, but not strong. It will get hot if you have the shades open. The beds were comfy. Getting the keys is a lot. So many codes for the mailbox and the doors. Some units use key fob. Checkout was easy but you need the mailbox code. Keep in mind that some people live here and one woman was not nice to my Dad in the elevator.

Great location and comfortable lodging. A/c is loud but works great to keep us cool. I will stay here again if I come back to Waikiki
