Perfect house for a big family trip, location was amazing for all the park’s & attractions. Close to supermarket. House was clean, spacious & amenities were great. Would definitely book again if we return to Orlando.

Ariam was a very responsive host. Every time I had a question about something big or small Ariam was incredibly quick to respond and offer help. I really appreciated that he was not only easy to contact but also quick to provide address any questions we had.

Great location close to all the theme parks. Airiam was responsive with queries we had during our stay. The pool wasn’t heated when we arrived but Airiam rectified this and the pool became a beautiful warm temperature. Unfortunately the chemical levels did discolour some of our swimsuits so it’s worth noting this before wearing a brand new swimsuit. High winds caused the Lanai to break early in our stay so we had to deal with insects invading the pool area. Airiam did try to arrange someone to fix it but it didn’t happen during our 14 day stay. The villa has a fab open plan living space which is great for families. In some areas of the villa, the decor is beginning to look tired and could benefit from a freshen - nothing some paint couldn’t fix! We had some issues getting into the gated community. The code didn’t always work so at times we’d be left waiting for someone else to open it. Not ideal if you’re arriving home late from a park. Overall we had a fab 2 weeks at Disney!

This is our second time staying at Airiam’s place and we will continue to come back. Location is great - close to grocery (walk to Target), restaurants and amusement parks. Private pool area at the house is great for afternoon sun and there is a quiet community pool across the street if you want to lay out in the morning sun. Airiam was extremely responsive and kind whenever we had a question. House was clean and well maintained. The second living room/ tv area was great for our group of people. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Airiam is a great host and we will definitely stay at his place again - already booked again!
