The flat itself was gorgeous - spotless & uncluttered. Finding the lockbox w key was a challenge. I read other reviews saying so & thought they must be exaggerating & that we'd be grand as handy & clever...nope. Additional info would be very helpful: lockbox is at the BASE (on the ground in the grass) of the signpost to the L of the entrance to the wee park, that has a bike sign at top. Also, there is No dedicated parking spot in the underground garage - other reviews led us to believe there is, but you have to find an unreserved spot on the road somewhere (w 2 elderly ppl in their 80s, the dedicated parking spot was one reason we booked here). Wi-Fi code is on sticker on box in sitting room (not listed in check in instrxns). Our stay was cut short b/c of a death in the family, defo buy insurance. Also "Noel" is a management company, not an individual, if that makes a difference to you. *heater in en suite had no control knob to turn it off / down, mind your leg when sitting on toilet

I regret booking here. There was a noticeable odor throughout the home, so much so that we bought air fresheners to have a manageable stay. There was only one towel given though we stayed for over a week. The house was also not very clean, with the floors and furniture especially having dirt on them. It’s clear that this listing is run by a business rather than a caring individual. On top of this, we were not given a fob and couldn’t use the advertised parking space. When I requested one, the host stopped responding entirely. I don’t recommend this place.

Leuk en groot appartement op 20 min van stad Dublin. Goeie locatie. Met de trein kan je makkelijk naar de stad. Je kan ook Howth bezoeken (prachtige cliff walk). Enige minpuntje: sleutelkastje vinden was wat moeilijk... Misschien in de toekomst foto toevoegen bij de beschrijving? Maar voor de rest top verblijf!

Very clean and nice home. Visited on a weekend trip to Dublin with friends. Noel was very accommodating with allowing us to check-in outside times. About a 20 min walk from nearest DART station, which is a 20 minute ride to the city. Home had everything we asked for.

We were pleased with the apartment which was very central for the beach, towns, trains and buses. Would recommend staying there.
