Overall a great experience. Good location, close to downtown Southern Pines for shopping and restaurants, clean and well-equipped kitchen. About 20 minutes from Carolina Horse Park. Things to consider are, spotty internet connectivity at times, close proximity to railroad tracks and live music from nearby restaurants. Knowing all that, we would stay there again, and can recommend this home.

Very cute and comfortable home tastefully decorated with easy walking accessibility to everything downtown. We enjoyed walking to restaurants, shopping, and through the beautiful historic neighborhood. We appreciated a clean house that accommodated our dogs. The neighborhood is very dog friendly including providing doggy bags. My husband played golf while I shopped and got my steps in while walking throughout the neighborhood and enjoying the azaleas blooming. I really like all the trees in the historic district and being able to walk in the shade anytime of the day. A great stay and town to hang out in. Host was very prompt with communication.

Beautiful house close to restaurants and grocery stores. Nice neighborhood, quiet and safe. Fenced side yard with fire pit. Lots of character and charm!

This is a very beautiful place with a lot of character. Location is great. It’s easy to get to grocery stores Ect. The back yard was my favorite. And an easy to use beautiful firepit. As well as real torches that could be lit. Even though it’s off season; the grass was still a pretty green. I appreciated being able to have the choice on on properly or on street parking.
