Ryan was an awesome host and had an amazing spot! If your looking for a private getaway, away from the hustle n bustle of the city life this is your spot! Make sure to find maxwell groceries as it is more like a grocery store you have in the states. Abaco grocery is kinda like a Costco. Locals are super helpful and friendly like described. We love the small community south of long beach. The jerk hut was one of our favorite places to visit, the food and family that owns it is awesome! We found conch shells and all kinds of other shells there! They have 2 liquor stores and if you find the bakery inside the neighborhood you will be amazed with the cakes and breakfast food she makes! The oceans are the clearest we have ever seen and we hope to make this trip again as it is truly a diamond in the rough. About 30 min away from town but the community south is 5 min away. They have also opened a seafood shop in town that has local food we brought home n cooked. Amazing place!!!!

This place is an absolute gem! Very private and just steps from a gorgeous beach. Ryan is a highly responsive and very kind host. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great location and beautiful beach. Some very awesome grass roots small restaurants at Crossing Rocks. If you want an awesome meal cooked for you (pick up or delivery) and the best Daiquiris ever, look for Judy’s house in Crossing Rocks. Make sure you take a drive to Pete’s Pub.

We spent the last week in absolute heaven. We could wake in the morning and listen to and watch the waves while drinking our coffee. The house is incredibly secluded and we only met one other person on the beach. Word of caution: we were informed that the sharks like to come in around 5p to feed so you should be out of the water before that time. The house and property were pristine. We definitely got more than we imagined! Don’t pass this property up! The ONLY downfall would be for those who enjoy a more active night life as this property is on the south end of the island.

We loved this beautiful home. Beautiful views and peaceful private beach. I highly recommend this home if you are visiting the Bahamas.
