We really enjoyed our stay at sunrise villa! The space is well designed and equipped with everything you need, and the views are stunning. The beach is tranquil and the neighborhood is lush with palm trees and Abaco parrots. We would love to stay here again!

Would definitely return! If you are looking for privacy and just want to relax this is the place. Beautiful and clean beach, off the beaten path and amazing sunrises every day we were there. Local restaurants serve amazing food... everything from low end to high end. We would recommend you check restaurant open days/times when you book your trip as many are not open Mon/Tues/Weds in the off-season. We randomly called Sunflowers Farm to see if they were open on Tuesday (closest to the house) and they were typically not open on Tuesdays, but the host offered to be open and cook us dinner! It was just me and my wife and we sat at the bar and had dinner with the cook and her family - lobster tails, veg's and chicken wings - it was the best experience on our trip. You will see that all the locals are extremely friendly. Drive to/from town for groceries is around 30mins one way but we got used to it. Maxwells grocery store is on par with any supermarket in the USA for supplies.
