We appreciate dropping off our bags with Edsel and security and shortly afterward being accommodated early. There were few issues that Edsel attended to courteously and in a reasonable time. We informed the very kind host that a washroom door knob and latch repair could wait until we left. This did not impact our experience or the corresponding high rating. We really liked the beautiful unit, and would highly recommend it, and return when we have the opportunity again. Thank you!

The host is kind and the unit is super clean. My kid loves the place so much as she always says “wow” especially at the balcony, you can see the CCLEX which is giving a KDrama vibe. I love it so much.
