I don't expect an Air BnB to be spotless. I didn't mind cleaning upon arrival. I'm not goin lie the place is definitely worth what I paid. What really really bothered me was... The host didn't warn us about the extremely limited parking (there was a small sign when entering the community) and the garage was not accessible. We all arrived at night and couldn't see the sign. All of my guests cars were towed to the most sketchy place ever that only took cash. I wish I could post a pic. It was mortifying. I was out of over a thousand dollars in tow fees. I understand it's standard to have fine print to hide something that might change a customers mind from doing business. Example: Host are not going to tell you it's an additional $40 a day to heat the Jacuzzi. However if your guests are at risk of having their cars towed, I think it's more than fair to warn them that there is little to no parking. He simply said It's not my fault you didn't read the sign in the dark. Air BnB backed him.

The house is great in a good location the only issue we had was was with the bathrooms they appeared to be dirty and toilet was clogged. But they were very responsive and had someone there to fix it

The stay went off without any issues. What more can you ask for. The place matched the pictures and everything went great. I nice place to stay at. I would for sure stay at this place again.

I was very disappointed with the pool and hot tub that we pay extra for to be heated. The heat did not kick in until about day three of, our stay and we were leaving in the morning. Water only reflected a small change, from the actual weather, so we did not get the opportunity to get in the pool or hot tub doing our visit. I called Lennon regarding this matter, and his response was it was on when I left. You may also want to bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. The toilet paper was not even a full roll, in most of the, bathroom, as well as paper towel. Good thing I always overpack. I did have an issue being awake out of my sleep around 3 am due to sprinkler system coming on, lasting about 15 to 20 minutes. The area was nice, safe and close to Disney.

Gorgeous place! Perfect for families and big groups! We really enjoyed the place! Me and my group loved it! Rooms were clean and neat, amenities were complete, and the neighborhood and place itself is safe. The host was also very responsive and nice, very easy to communicate with. Overall experience is 10/10!
