Beware……! Upon arriving the house was A little outdated and the blinds were broken on the sliding door leading to the pool area which means the living room area was open to anyone that want to see in, the garage door was off track (someone came to fix), most of the rooms was without tv for a few days (they came to fix), the pool light was out (they came to fix), the pool area had Lizards literally everywhere they got into the pool ,and even had a black snake crawl in the pool (We didn’t Complain we just stayed the days and we was out of there) Ants all out by the pool area, Grass growing out the concrete by the pool area, The parking was horrible and if we had known about the 10:00 noise ordinance we would’ve never booked the house. We got a call from the front gate saying that we had a complaint about smoking inside the house in which we were not smoking on the inside (smoking outside) they told us no smoking on the premises we cut that out and then they said we had a complaint about a dog a family member visit they had a dog and we were thinking it was the neighbors that complain on us because the dogs started barking at one another, the same neighbors came up to us and told us to move one of ours Cars because it was blocking her roommate car, which we did move the car the roommate didn’t leave the house none of that day also they have a company that parked in the same spot that our car was parked at, overall awful location if you want this house make sure you don’t have kids that want to enjoy their vacation for seven days , that don’t have to get out the pool at 10 so they don’t be loud and make noise after 10

The house were beautiful and a big pool. Love the area my host were amazing. Will do it again

We had to change houses last minute and were upgraded to this home. The house was great and the backyard was beautiful, very nice and very big. The pool and hot tub were heated (for an additional cost) and felt great. The host stayed in constant communication with me, answering very quickly. I would definitely vacay here again!!!

Let me start by saying the home is very nice as well as very spacious. However my issue is with the host itself. I will suggest video recording the entire house upon your arrival and your departure. The host made false claims again me and family stating we left the house dirty and in poor condition which was completely untrue. I'm extremely happy that we were able to record our stay before and after. This is what helped us. Like I stated the house is beautiful but I would not recommend this host. If you want to rent at this resort I would recommend going directly though the resort itself.
