My daughter and I stayed here for a month. It’s a small space but it’s perfect for 2 and the price is a great deal. Clean, up to date appliances, nice decor….just wished there were more windows or even a screen on the door for more natural airflow and sunlight. The neighborhood was friendly and safe, up kept yard, and easy access. Kasey was a great host….polite, communicative, & responsive.

I enjoyed my stay here. Loved the neighborhood, totally walkable. The space felt small at first but once you find all the storage options, it doesn’t feel as small. Kasey was quick to address some issues with the electricity and I didn’t have any problems after that. Street parking is fine as long as you’re arriving at a decent hour. Thursday and Friday mornings are street cleaning days, so the whole street parks on one side. Getting off of work at 3:30 am was not ideal, I found myself parking a couple blocks away at times. Only danger was being charged by a raccoon one night. But if you’re coming in at a reasonable hour, you shouldn’t have any issue finding street parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place. It is pretty small but has everything you need . The whole place has been redone with nice touches in kitchen and bathroom. The bed is very comfortable with lots of storage under the bed. Although it is street parking, I never had issues finding parking. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. A good spot!

This is a very comfortable place to stay and Kasey is an excellent host!! The house exceeded our expectations. It is accurately portrayed in the listing photos, has great natural light, and is outfitted with nice features. We stayed there for a couple months with a dog and an infant and it was a really ideal location for our needs. The neighborhood is super dog friendly and there are some nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. It is a quiet, comfortable neighborhood of Long Beach that feels safe and relaxing. I definitely recommend this place for someone looking for short term housing in Long Beach. There is also great internet if you need to telework. Highly recommend this location and Kasey as a host in general!
