Jasmine's place is as-advertised and very pleasant. I was in town for a 3-day training and it worked great for just me, including some relaxing and meals at the cottage. Off-street parking is key in Long Beach and is a great amenity in this busy neighborhood. Being only 2 miles from the beach, it was great to shoot down to the water and come back without the hassle of street parking. Jasmine is a great communicator. All the information was accurate, no surprises. I'll book again next time.

This is the best AirBnb we have ever used in Long Beach. We are so glad we found it. The space is cozy with a great kitchen, a living room with a big tv (There is a TV in the bedroom too) that has an HDMI cable attached so you can hook up your personnel Apple TV/Ruko box to it. The Wi-Fi is fast and stable. The shower has outstanding water pressure and a detachable shower wand with multiple spray settings. There are electrical outlets galore and plenty of bright overhead lights (and the ceiling fans have softer lights if you prefer). There is a humongous walk in closet off of the bedroom. The space is so quiet we did not even feel we were in the city. The garage is great our car was safe, dry and kept out of the sun. Jasmine alway answered our questions quickly. We will, for sure, be back!

We loved staying here ! They provided almost everything to coffee bar , beach chairs, towels , toys . It was so nice and clean we loved it so much host were so friendly and responsive! Definitely worth it staying here and hoping to stay here again!

The house is super cute and fit myself, husband and three year old. My daughter loved the backyard (but be careful- there are spiders). I really enjoyed the guest book. It was a little hard to find the directions to the back alley, it was a tight squeeze, but very convenient we have our own parking spot as it was packed! The house was completely spotless and I loved all of the extra blankets and towels that were available. The coffee station was adorable and the fridge had water for us. I do feel like the price was a little on the heavy side, but I would love to book this again if there are any specials. We had an overall wonderful experience and great time. Would definitely stay here again! The owners are very great at communication.
