Had an amazing stay, Peaceful society located in the serene locality. Easily accessible to the city. House was very spacious, clean and well maintained with all the amenities as listed, regular cleaning was done, Nice kitchen with all the necessary utensils, and Mr. Arshad was very friendly, vibrant, proactive and responsive with any needs. Would definitely recommend Arshad's place for anyone who's looking out for a very peaceful, comfy stay in Bengaluru.

Stayed at Arshad’s place a second time. A reliable, well equipped place that is also in a residential complex. All appliances, bed, kitchen are in great condition. Host is flexible and responsive, even when I asked for a super early check out at a short notice. Highly recommended.

The Place - It is a spacious flat near Electronic City. The room came with attached bathrooms. All amenities were available as listed (great wifi, TV, washing machine, functional kitchen). The common areas were clean and maintained by the host to ensure a comfortable stay. Everything that I needed was available. It is also easily serviceable by all apps (food, cabs etc). Perfectly suitable for long term stays as well. The Host - Arshad was responsive and accommodative. I did not have any problems, he also frequently visited the place to make sure everything was fine at the place. All in all - very happy with my booking, great value for money and friendly host. Highly recommended, I would book again.
