Ft This cozy cottage is just outside of downtown Elizabeth City where is sits on a quiet half acre lot with lots of space in the backyard to relax and enjoy some quiet time. Had an amazing stay!! Was not too far from the destination intended. Very cozy and well organized. Hosts are very sweet and communicative!!
Jasper was a great host. Easy breezy checkin and great communications. Place was immaculate and quaint. Perfect spot for me, my husband and my son. They both came to support me for the Coast Guard Half Marathon. Cottage location was less than 1/2 mile from the race start and nice restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay. Thx Jasper!
Sawyer Cottage is just as described in the photos. Cozy and well decorated, everything we needed for our stay was there. Jasper was always quick to answer questions. Will definitely stay again the next time I am in town!
Such a cute place, I will definitely come back! Very nice hosts and responds quickly. Has many appliances for cooking which is such a huge plus. I had a perfect weekend. I would recommend for sure!

If you are looking to experience downtown Elizabeth City's Harbor of Hospitality I recommend driving down to Waterfront Park. Then you can park your car and walk along the waterfront as you explore the local shops and restaurants.
