My mom stayed here and she complained about the stains on the linen and the discomfort she felt sleeping and knowing the sheets weren't clean- she slept atop them. Additionally she was unable to get into the unit because the lock was faulty and would not respond as it did the night of check in to her palm. We tried contacting the host and got no response for 2 hours. My mom had to stand at the door for almost an hour ringing the ring doorbell, calling the listed number and me sending her messages in AirBnB. When we finally got a hold of her we were told that it's newer tech and a learning curve and that hopefully now she'll know how to use it correctly. I was obviously taken aback because, correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds like she wasn't sensible enough to use a touch pad door lock (which funny enough we have at home) and like the host was placing the blame on the guest. Unacceptable! I will say, my mom was pleased with the neighbourhood but nevermind using this host in the future

A great stay as always
