This house was absolutely wonderful and we were incredibly comfortable there. The location was great and so close to anything we needed. The thing that stood out the most was the responsiveness of the host. Any tiny message was responded to immediately and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. In a world where customer service seems to be on the decline, it was refreshing to have someone go out of their way to make our experience special. I can't recommend this host enough. I will book with him again at any opportunity!

CAUTION WHEN BRINGING PETS! The property is listed as pets allowed but the host will attempt to charge you for bringing them AFTER the stay is done and without having mentioned these fees beforehand. Otherwise the property was great. Everything was as described and with a wonderful kitchen with all the tools you could need. The whole house was well stocked with towels, toilet paper, and other basics that a lot of properties tend to lack. Overall was an enjoyable stay for a large group.

This place was great for me and my family. We wanted a quiet place to relax and enjoy the outside sunshine. The pool was nice and especially enjoyed being about to walk into the pool straight from my bedroom. Very accommodating and responded quickly.

Our family had a great vacation overall. The house was perfect for those with kids and they really enjoyed the pool. Reminder to ask that the pool be heated for your trip ($25/day though). We forgot to do that and the pool got cold after a rainstorm. Sharon the neighbor across the street is what stood out for us, she was so sweet and kind to our kids and even made them Easter Baskets (we stayed for Easter)! The downsides is the one room smelled like weed. Either from previous tenant or from neighbor who occasionally lit up and smoked out the back yard and patio. The host offered to drop off air celaners/fresheners. Also the other neighbor's dogs barked all night for a couple nights we were there and kept us up. We didn't let those things get us down and enjoyed our stay. Very easy drive to the beaches and other fun places, and wasn't too far from Tampa Airport.
