The room was just as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Cheryl and Richard were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable enough that we were able to sleep in a little. We would surely use the room again.

Not only is the property deep into a VERY pristine and private setting - the back of the fully off-grid home is literally built into an impressive cliff! But both Cheryl & Richard could not have been nicer or more accommodating. My only disappointment of my stay was that I was too tired to carry our afternoon conversation into a follow-up evening chat too. Cheryl & Richard are both a wealth of information on the local area, off-grid renovations/updates, and the local real estate market. I am sure I'll be back for another visit. Next time for more than just 18 hours.....

Cheryl and Richard were great hosts. This guest house is fantastic and the property surrounding the home is beautiful. I highly recommend visiting and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back.

Cheryl’s place was very nice and we would stay again! It’s definitely off the beaten path but If that’s what you’re looking for, this is your place. We arrived at night but the instructions made it easy to find the place. I liked all the amenities they offered ie smart tv so we could hook up our Peacock account, doggy box, and snacks in the fridge. The king bed was super comfortable - we had our dog with us and the three of us were all comfortable (in the doggy box was a cover to put on the bed for our dog which was great!). Communication was seamless and quick. Great place - location worked perfectly for us heading into the Sangre de Cristo mountains.
