We have a wonderful time. The house was very clean and neat. Plenty of towels to use and it was nice to have bathroom products. Pool and spa was wonderful. There was plenty of space to relax in the lanai. We used the grill and screened in area for many dinners. Erinc responded to my emails promptly. His recommendations for local restaurants were awesome. That was as greatly appreciated. We would recommend Erinc house to our friends.

Traveled to Largo with with my family, two young boys and Erinc's house was perfect. Quiet and clean, the pool was perfect! Erinc was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Fun day trips to Indian Rocks Beach, Sand Key Beach and Clearwater Beach easy to get to. Buch Gardens was a full day adventure, kids loved it! Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Nice space, as advertised. Clean, close to great restaurants, Indian Rock Beach, and safe. Car is needed. Property is a smart home, which automates stuff like temperatures, lights and such. Eric was very proactive and flexible with these settings. May be a learning curve for some, like me. Otherwise nice place.

The house was as described and quite spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was fabulous. Erinc was very responsive and helpful. I will say the only negatives were the house may be a little too modernized for us lol, and we did run out of propane after using grill on second night. I’m sure had I let Erinc know he’d have brought a filled one. Good location close to stores, restaurants and beaches. We had a perfect vacation and I’d stay again.

There were so many great amenities at this property. House was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5. Pool area was an awesome feature that provided hours of entertainment after spending the day on one of the area beautiful beaches. House was close to Indian Rocks Beach and several good restaurants. Would highly recommend Erinc’s place.
