Cant get better than this for a super chill week in paradise. If you surf or boogieboard you will be in heaven. An outstanding value considering the typical pricing in st barts. This host is really great and the place is just wonderful. My friends don’t believe the photos i took are real, but they are!!! We will be back!

Villa les Basses is MAGNIFICENT! Our family had a wonderful time at Rosita's villa during are first trip to Saint Barthélemy. Rosita is an exceptional host, beginning with the booking processing all the way until our departure. She went above and beyond any other host we have experienced to ensure our stay was memorable. Her home is remarkable, starting with the location right on the beach, to the fine furnishings and full amenities. Our family enjoyed being in the pool gazing at the beautiful scenery. The bakery across the street was excellent. We will definitely plan to stay here again. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a remarkable experience.

Amazing host, house and location. At this house you have a near private beach and bathing area right at your feet. The house is new, modern, well appointed and peaceful. There are not many places other than hotels that you can have a bedroom, pool and swimable beach to yourself within ten feet. Our host was delightful, picked us up at the airport and had treats waiting for us. I have stayed in St barts many times and this was one of my most enjoyable stays. Lorient is one of the quietest and most peaceful beaches on the island and very central. It's probably the gem of the island. Having a coffee shop and supermarket literally across the street is rare in St barts as well. Highly recommended for a couple or two couples. I'll visit again for sure. Great value for the price!
