Lovely spot to explore north Wales from. We were up there for a triathlon Frans place was perfect for this type of event. Would suggest using Eco function on the shower to help stabilise temperature.

It was lovely clean and tidy and fran asked us everyday if we needed anything it was lovely and cosy

We really enjoyed our stay. Fran was always available and helpful, and the accommodation was exactly as described. We would stay again.

Fran's place was very comfortable and perfect as a base for Snowdon. Our dog Charlie loved it too.

Frans place was welcoming and homely. Fran had cleaned to a high standard, the accommodation smelt lovely. Bed were comfortable and the additional touches of toiletries etc was very welcomed after such a long drive. We found the local area nice and quiet, but near enough to Llanberis to get to shops and restaurants as we wanted to. Fran was attentive with messages and provided directions and suggestions on where to go for food and shopping. Fab place for use as a base to explore north wales. Would recommend.
